For this building roof replacement, we repointed deteriorated brick joints with a matched, durable mortar, flushed out salts/debris, and rebuilt damaged parapet sections on sound footing. Wall ties and flashing were reinforced to tie into the new roof and meet code. We coordinated with roofing, the design team, and building management to ensure watertight transitions, a uniform facade, and a safe work site.
